1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If your poster arrives scratched, bent, or broken, we’ll replace or refund it.
✅ Wrong Product Received – If you get the wrong design, size, or order, let us know, and we’ll fix it.
❌ No Returns for Change of Mind – Once your order is placed, we do not accept returns for personal preference.
❌ Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable – Any customized or personalized designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

- Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
- Description of the issue
- We’ll review your request and respond within 1 business days.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 1 business days to your original payment method.
- If a replacement is requested, we will ship it at no extra cost.
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
