1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products – If your poster arrives scratched, bent, or broken, we’ll replace or refund it.
Wrong Product Received – If you get the wrong design, size, or order, let us know, and we’ll fix it.
No Returns for Change of Mind – Once your order is placed, we do not accept returns for personal preference.
Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable – Any customized or personalized designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
    • Description of the issue
  • We’ll review your request and respond within 1 business days.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 1 business days to your original payment method.
  • If a replacement is requested, we will ship it at no extra cost.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the issue was our mistake.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
  • If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP, and we’ll try to assist if the order hasn’t been shipped.
